A Genevoise in Paris is a choice of the heart. Caroline Berger has travelled a lot and it was in France in Paris that she decided to settle 12 years ago.
After an MBA in Finance at the Sorbonne, studies in Associative Management at the ADEMA École des Mines de Paris and contemporary dance studies, she decided to dedicate her life to helping others feel better about themselves and to coaching them for better artistic performances.
She travelled for several years around the world to learn the STOTT PILATES, GYROTONIC and YOGA methods.
Since then, she has been working at the Biopilates Studio Paris and she is now working around the world as an instructor trainer for the STOTT PILATES MERRITHEW brand.
In order to offer the best to her clients, she is taking a course at the University of Etiopathy in order to have the medical skills required to better treat.
Monique is the founder of Pilates Winnipeg, a Merrithew™ Licenced Training Centre in Manitoba, which opened in 1997. She is one of very few bilingual Merrithew Lead Instructor Trainers and upon request to teach any certification course or examination in both English and French. A graduate of The National Ballet School, Monique has over 30 years of teaching experience. Monique is also a certified Gyrotonic instructor. In 2007 and again in 2009, she received a mentorship award as a result of recommendations from her peers, along with a lifetime achievement award from Merrithew. She recently hosted Moira Merrithew at her studio in celebration of the studio's 20th anniversary
