After the postural analysis and the five basic principles, you will guide your subject through a 40 to 50 minute training session that combines Essential and Intermediate level exercises.

Level 1

At least eight essential exercises, four intermediatenexercises

You are encouraged to use accessories, including the Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Arc Barrel and all the others that have been used during the course. Accessories should be used to facilitate or add a challenge to an exercise according to the needs of the subject.


MATWORK EXAM ESSENTIAL, INTERMEDIATE & advanced

After the postural analysis and the five basic principles, you will guide your subject through a 70 to 80 minute workout that combines essential and intermediate level exercises.

 

You have about 30 minutes for Matwork exercises and 40 to 50 minutes for a Reformer workout.

 

For the Matwork part, we encourage you to use accessories, including the Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Arc Barrel and any other accessories that were used during the course. Accessories should be used to facilitate or add a challenge to an exercise according to the needs of the subject.

After the postural analysis and the five basic principles, you will guide your subject through a training session of 1 hour and 40 minutes to 1 hour and 50 minutes that combines Essential and Intermediate level exercises.

You have about 20 minutes for Matwork exercises and about 30 minutes for a Reformer training. For the Matwork part, we encourage you to use accessories, including the Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Arc Barrel and any other accessories that were used during the course. Accessories should be used to facilitate or add a challenge to an exercise according to the needs of the subject. The others

50 to 60 minutes are spent in a training session with the Cadillac (15 minutes), the Stability ChairTM (15 minutes), the Scale (10 minutes), the Spine Corrector (5 minutes) and the Bow Gun (5 minutes) which combines essential and intermediate exercises.
